I. Approval of minutes from the 6/23/14 meeting, and the minutes from the 5/20/14 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Travel Team Basketball coaches will be present to provide information on their program for
the upcoming season.
B. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
C. Continue discussion on the RRAC irrigation project. Review cost and funding, and schedule,
IE: shed installed with pipe risers prior to well pump and wiring. NOTE: Kloter Farms has
12’ X 20’ Dutch Garages on sale through September 27th for $4,695.00.
D. RRAC scoreboard install progress to date.
V. New Business:
A. Review “summer programs” for the upcoming season, facility use and field conditions.
B. Prepare an agenda item for the next Town Meeting following the October 1st meeting.
